We guarantee a right to return on products bought from us within 14 days of receipt. The time at which the goods are delivered is decisive for ensuring the deadline.
Returned products and packages are only accepted in good condition, i.e. undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
In any case, products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded from return. This applies in particular to condoms, tampons, sanitary towels, lubricants and other hygiene products as well as foods such as baby food and food supplements.
The shipping costs for the return shipment are generally borne by the sender. A return slip can be downloaded from the returns portal. Alternatively, it can be requested by email (info@haar-shop.ch) or by telephone on 033 550 30 30. In all cases, the customer is responsible for packaging the goods to be returned in a manner suitable for transport. Damage to or loss of goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods.
